Beth Culp
I’m a UX/UI Product Designer who just can’t help but look at the big picture. I’ve been creating diverse user experiences for ten years, from researching and prototyping a safety app for traveling during the pandemic, to designing and building the first comprehensive interactive timeline of Indigenous history in America. Living in that connection between design principles, stakeholders, marketing, and development, I produce creative solutions to complex problems and test them along the way to eliminate pain points.
Design is never done - it’s a living thing, just like us.
Most recently, I worked at a large nonprofit as a UX Designer/Front-end Web Developer. I was lead designer on many different internal and externally funded projects, from ideation and research to design and coding. I was heavily involved in developing and implementing new branding from an organization merger, including rebranding and updating their highest-earning revenue application.
For my next opportunity, I want to continue to work within design systems and development teams, be heavily involved in analyzing research and ideating solutions, and lend my unique perspective and experience to improve the designs and efficiency of my team. I am planning to relocate to the West Coast (or nearby) this fall, and looking for an organization that values curiosity, innovation, and collaboration.
